An incomparable collection of 20th Century art fills this glorious condominium. Designed for venerable art collectors as their west coast residence, this condominium unit underwent major renovations. Craftsmanship and hand finishing was the order of the day, with no item too small to escape the DLD trademark “attention to details”.

This project, which was featured in Architectural Digest, took a lot of courage to tear up the iconic black granite flooring and open the walls, but with each step came new inspirations. “I think a turning point was when my client and I found the beautiful and historical columns that define the space between the dining room and living room. That was the inspiration to open up the room which made all the difference especially in showcasing their art collection.”
