This Mulholland Estates Tuscan style home in Beverly Hills was the collaboration with the architectural firm Landry Design Group. The client requested a multipurpose library with a wet bar and flat-screen TV. The lanai with its fireplace and oversized wicker furniture is a favorite gathering spot for family and friends.

“This was a project that came from the ground up. Not only was it a construction site but I traveled to New York, San Francisco and France to find fireplace surrounds. fountains, and incredible light fixtures… The most exciting moment for me was when I handed over the keys which was a delightful surprise when he and his family saw it all put together. As we worked and collected our treasures, I stored them until the final unveiling.”
